Nunez shares his feelings after scoring a brace against Barca

Darwin Nunez is having a great season with Benfica, scoring 20 goals in 22 appearances in the domestic league. Despite being linked by many teams in January, Nunez decided to stay and wait for a new challenge at the end of the season. 

 Nunez wants to join a team that plays in the Champions League.

Accordingly, Nunez has made clear requirements for the teams that want his signature, namely Arsenal and Man Utd. According to the Daily Telegraph, the player will only consider joining a club that can play in the Champions League next season.

The report also adds that Atletico Madrid are also interested in this deal and Benfica is demanding £ 60 million. However, the Red Devils and Arsenal are still potential destinations and the team that finishes in 4th place will receive a huge plus on the negotiating table. 

Man Utd is expected to change the attack next summer when Edinson Cavani is out of contract, and Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial have no clear commitment. 

As for Arsenal, Mikel Arteta will have plenty of options ahead of him over the next few months as Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are expected to leave on free transfers.
